We aim to serve and please three groups of people: our customers, our employees and our shareholders. Each group’s contentment has an impact on the satisfaction of the other two groups.
Satisfied customers are the backbone of our existence and future growth. Such customers not only bring in more of their own business to the Bank, they normally introduce their friends and relatives to Karafarin as well. Expansion of the Bank will generate more income which will enable us to take better care of our employees and create more wealth for our shareholders.
Employees of the Bank are its most important asset. Karafarin has been lucky to have gained the services of a special breed of people: “very dedicated individuals.” They have been painstakingly selected, suitably trained, and fairly compensated. Only high-spirited colleagues who are properly taken care of, could produce satisfied customers, and pleased shareholders.
We are indebted to our shareholders. They have put their trust in us and our abilities to build a good institution to serve the country and its people. Without their capital, Karafarin would not have been born. As employees, we must provide better than market- return to our shareholders. This may only be achieved if our employees are proud of working for the Bank, and serve the Bank’s customers better than any place else!
